• A UX leader, with 8–10 years experience, not just a hands‑on designer
• Experience designing for data‑heavy, analytics‑driven platforms
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to zoom into detail when needed
• Confidence working with senior leaders, engineers, and data teams
