We are looking for a dynamic Network engineer to manage and maintain our access, GPON and metro network.

Your primary focus will be the expansion/deployment and maintenance of our ever-growing GPON and access network.

We need someone who can proactively problem solve and oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of complex technical issues, responding with an appropriate sense of urgency to problems escalated to Network Engineer’s level.

Working Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00 with rotational shift support to meet service level expectations.

Hands‑on technical and personal skills in a fast‑paced environment, opportunities to think on your feet and challenge yourself daily.

• Roll out access network according to predefined standard
• Maintain existing access networks
• Roll out and maintain GPON network
• Implement monitoring systems to track the network
• Proactively action and address items which might affect network performance
• Help design and implementation of low‑latency, high‑availability networks
• Action tickets or faults highlighted by NOC or customers
• And any other reasonable task

• Mikrotik MTCNA or higher Certificate Valid [obtained in the last 2-4 years]
• 3+ year experience working with Mikrotik Routers
• 3+ years working in ISP/network based environments or similar type network
• Good knowledge of Mikrotik products and capabilities
• Experience and knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting (IPv4 & IPv6)
• Experience and knowledge in basic routing and switching (Static Routing, Dynamic Routing, VLANs, Switching Technologies)
• Experience and knowledge consumer connectivity protocols (DHCP and PPPoE)
• Experience and knowledge of Hotspot and VPN, NAT technologies
• Experience and knowledge of Radius (AAA)
• Experience and knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, IRIS)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving ability
• Valid driver license and own transport
