In this role, your responsibilities will involve supporting the deployment of new services. This encompasses building and monitoring systems, including conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance, implementing configuration changes, and documenting all system-related activities. Assist with system deployments, maintenance, and monitoring of new services.

• Have a good understanding of networking protocols and common services such as HTTP(s), DNS etc.
• Have excellent troubleshooting skills and experience.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Familiar with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Good documentation skills.

• Have existing or Studying towards certifications Cybersecurity related.
• Exposure or experience with Linux.
• Cloud and Microsoft Certifications.
• Have a passion for, or desire to learn or work in the cybersecurity field.

• Be attentive to detail.
• Eager to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, particularly via email.
• Willingness to work as a pro-active team member to improve efficiencies and solve problems.
• Good work ethic (i.e punctuality; accountability).
