Data Integration Specialist; Customer Success Focused

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

• You will have a tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Technology, Business, Operations or a related field.
• You will have proven experience in a customer success, implementation, operations, analytics, business analysis, technical support or systems coordination environment.
• You will be technically minded with a strong interest in how systems integrate and exchange data.
• You will have experience analysing structured data, validating outputs and investigating data-related issues.
• You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You will have experience gathering requirements, documenting processes and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
• You will have exposure to data integrations, APIs, XML, JSON, GDS platforms, Jira or similar technologies, although this is advantageous rather than essential.
• You will be highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• You will have a proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to identify root causes and coordinate effective resolutions.
• You will be comfortable documenting integration configurations, data behaviour and technical findings in a clear and concise manner.
• You will have an understanding of data protection, compliance and information security principles.
