• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions within a Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Create advanced T-SQL queries and Python-based solutions for analytics, automation, and data processing.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Improve reporting processes, data quality, governance, and automation.
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the team.

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualisation.
• Advanced T-SQL and/or Python skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar modern data platforms.
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Knowledge of data governance, data modelling, and data architecture.
• Experience with in construction, logistics, plant hire, or other asset-intensive industries.
