• Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint, operating system and workplace technology issues
• Act as a senior escalation point for Service Desk teams, owning incidents through to resolution and root‑cause analysis
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online and related workplace technologies
• Manage and maintain endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and modern device management tools
• Oversee application deployment, endpoint configuration, patching and update management across the estate
• Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, compliance policies and device performance improvements
• Develop automation and remediation solutions using Power Shell and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the end‑user computing environment

• Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise end‑user computing (EUC) environments
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
• Good understanding of Entra  (Azure AD), identity and access management, conditional access and endpoint security
• Experience managing Windows endpoints, mobile devices, device lifecycle management, patching and update compliance
• Strong Power Shell scripting and automation skills to improve efficiency and standardise endpoint management
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing root‑cause analysis and acting as a senior escalation point
• Knowledge of ITIL‑based service management processes and enterprise hardware environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other endpoint security tools
• Exposure to Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or similar technologies
• Experience supporting globally distributed organisations
• Relevant Microsoft Modern Workplace or endpoint management certifications
