• Analyse complex business requirements across SAP Retail MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions and translate them into fit-for-purpose functional solutions.
• Configure, test and support SAP Retail processes, including pricing, promotions, billing, order management, inventory and related integration points.
• Lead gap analysis, functional design, specification writing and solution validation with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and cross‑functional teams.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, defect management and continuous improvement of retail systems and processes.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, go‑live support and post‑implementation stabilisation activities.
• Provide technical and functional guidance to Functional Analysts and business users, helping the team deliver quality outcomes.
• Work in an agile delivery environment, managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

• Relevant 3-year IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Functional Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant or similar role in a retail technology environment.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP Retail, specifically MM, SD, Pricing and Promotions.
• Experience with functional analysis, system configuration, functional specifications, testing and production support.
• Good understanding of retail processes, including stock movement, ordering, billing, pricing, promotions and integration with store or supply‑chain processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, developers, vendors and support teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, incident management, software development lifecycle and agile ways of working will be advantageous.
