My Career Craft  is on the lookout for a Helpdesk Administrator in Cape Town to manage technical support operations effectively. As the pivotal link between clients and engineering teams, you'll be responsible for logging and managing support tickets end-to-end. Key qualifications include a Matric certificate and 1–3 years’ experience in IT support. Strong CRM skills (experience with Freshdesk, Zoho, Service Now preferred) and excellent communication abilities are essential.

This role is crucial for maintaining SLA compliance and ensuring client satisfaction.
