Managed Services Specialist - French Speaking
As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in data structuring, platform workflows, and customer success operations.
What You’ll Do- Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests.
- Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
- Ensure high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success (CS) and Premium Support teams to address customer needs via a ticketing system.
- Learn and apply best practices in data organization and customer workflows.
- Work under guidance from senior team members, progressively developing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Managed Services, SaaS Support, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Interest in solving customer challenges or requests within the capabilities of our product suite.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms, digital tools, or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in a Managed Services environment within a SaaS business.
- Knowledge of data operations, integrations, or reporting workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Basic technical knowledge (APIs, databases, data formats) is a plus.
