Duties and Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of projects, including scope, time, cost, and quality management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners
- Drive consistent delivery against sprint goals and promote Agile best practices
- Ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready project documentation
- Produce regular status updates and dashboards
- Build strong relationships across business and technical teams
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively
- Support data‑driven decision‑making and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Manage cross‑team dependencies effectively and escalate issues when necessary
- Act as a servant leader to support teams, remove impediments, and foster collaboration
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within a financial services environment
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting
- Certification in Scrum, Project Management, or Agile frameworks
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment
