• Strong experience in system analysis, application support, or business systems optimisation
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern integration tools
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and reporting
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, analytical approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Advantageous: exposure to Dev Ops practices, scripting (Python/Power Shell), or low-code platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field
• Relevant certifications in cloud, systems analysis, or IT operations beneficial
