With offices in Jhb and Cape Town, they are progressive with regard to their technology stack. Their solutions and services span the full range of the software development life cycle. • Assess business requirements and user stories for clarity and testability, identifying test conditions, scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and cases, aiming for 90%+ coverage, flagging risks, dependencies, and gaps early in the lifecycle.
• Execute manual testing across system, integration, regression, and UAT, verifying functionality against requirements and expected outcomes.
• Guarantee consistent test coverage across all features, pinpointing, logging, and tracking defects using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate with developers for timely defect resolution and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Partner with cross-functional roles to ensure quality throughout SDLC, offering insights to improve processes, quality standards, and testing approaches.
• Update accurate test documentation and execution reports, ensuring documentation reflects the current state of the product.
• Provide feedback on product quality, risks, and release readiness, contributing to team knowledge sharing.

• Proven 2-3 years in software testing or QA role, with experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with education technology systems preferred, with proficiency in software development life cycle.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, and basic understanding of APIs, databases, and tools like Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced agile environments, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
