- Elicit and document requirements (e.g. BRD)
- Document as-is and to-be process with improvements, gap analysis
- Manage UAT
- Project & Contract Details:
Which project is this role supporting (WMS or SAP)? WMS – Warehouse Management System
- Certified Business Analyst (BA) with 8+ years of experience
- Retail experience
- Supply Chain / Distribution Center (DC) experience
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
