Lead DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code solutions with Bicep, ARM, or similar technologies
• Automate deployment and operational tasks using scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, or Bash
• Collaborate with teams to define and enforce Dev Ops best practices and standards
• Integrate AI generative tools and MLOps/AIOps capabilities into development workflows
• Monitor and optimize cloud-native architectures and data platforms (Databricks, ADF, Airflow, SQL, AAS)
• Ensure observability and incident management through appropriate tools and processes
• Implement governance frameworks, access control, and compliance measures at scale

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (Bicep, ARM, or similar)
• Proficiency in scripting languages:
  Power Shell, Python, or Bash
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with data platforms:
  Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, SQL, or Azure Analysis Services
• Understanding of MLOps or LLMOps concepts, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Knowledge of observability tools and practices
• Academic background: engineering schools
• You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
