This contract opportunity is suited to an experienced SAP ICM functional specialist with strong expertise in commission and incentive management solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to support, enhance, and optimise a large-scale SAP commissions environment, ensuring accurate remuneration calculations, settlement processing, and system integration.

The role combines functional design, production support, problem-solving, configuration, testing, and solution delivery within a fast-paced Agile environment.

• SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM)
• Remuneration Type and Settlement Type determination
• Functional analysis and solution design
• SAP configuration and troubleshooting
• ABAP code review and debugging for root-cause analysis
• Commission calculation and settlement processes
• SAP integrations (IDocs, RFC, OData, Web Services)
• Functional testing and production support
• SAP FI/CO exposure
• Agile delivery environments

• You have 8+ years of SAP ICM functional consulting experience
• You have strong hands‑on expertise in Remuneration Type and Settlement Type determination
• You understand versioned customising, calculation procedures, and condition records
• You can read and debug ABAP code to support issue resolution
• You have experience resolving complex commission and remuneration challenges
• You have worked within financial services or other highly regulated environments
• You are comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders
• You have experience working within Agile delivery teams
• You hold a relevant IT, Information Systems, or related qualification
