- Deliver first- and second-line IT support to end users for productivity and service continuity
- Manage incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting effectively
- Support endpoint and application rollouts
- Maintain accurate ITSM records and knowledge documentation
- Provide support for user endpoints, applications, collaboration tools, printers, authentication, and more
- Support implementations, upgrades, and escalations
- Ensure documentation and compliance for audit readiness and improvements

- Valid Drivers License with own reliable vehicle
