NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) in Cape Town. You will monitor client IT infrastructure, resolve medium-complex incidents, and work across teams to ensure rapid service restoration in line with SLAs.
Responsibilities include analyzing tickets, escalating when needed, driving automation initiatives, and coaching L1 teams. Strong networking, security, and Cisco/Palo Alto/Fortinet device management experience preferred.
