ERP Implementation Consultant – Project Accounting and Finance Focus

About The Role

Silversoft is looking for ERP Implementation Consultants to join our Deltek Vantagepoint ERP consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who understands project accounting and management processes, focused on the requirements of professional services firms and more specifically companies operating in the AEC industry. We are looking for a tech‑savvy financial consultant who thrives at the intersection of finance and digital systems and who enjoys working directly with clients to deliver tailored ERP solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP solution.
• Conduct discovery sessions and client workshops to define and document solution requirements.
• Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Configure ERP modules (Finance, Project accounting and management, CRM, Resource Planning) in line with best practices.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials to support project delivery.
• Deliver client training and provide go-live assistance to ensure successful system adoption.
• Provide ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and solution enhancements post‑implementation.

• 2+ years’ experience in ERP implementation.
• Experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to General Ledger, Project Accounting, and month‑and‑year‑end reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of project accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in financial accounting or equivalent.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
