Performance Analyst, IT​/Tech

You will turn large, imperfect operational datasets into clear, defensible insight. You will investigate performance variation, distinguish weather‑driven effects from technical or operational losses, and help teams focus on the issues that matter most. This is not a reporting‑only role: you will build repeatable analytical workflows and support practical improvement initiatives.

• Evidence of analysing operational time‑series data in asset performance, energy, industrial analytics or data science — not purely commercial analytics.
• Hands‑on SQL plus Python or R for extraction, wrangling, statistical analysis, visualisation and modelling.
• Experience with SCADA/DCS, historian, IoT or comparable production data, including gaps, status signals and data‑quality validation.
• Practical application of regression, time‑series analysis, hypothesis testing, anomaly detection or forecasting.
• Reports or dashboards that informed operational decisions, plus credible cross‑functional collaboration.
• Degree in engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, physics or a closely related technical field; 1–3 years’ relevant experience.
