Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / IT Manager (BI Stack)

A forward‑thinking, multi‑site organisation is seeking a technology‑savvy leader to drive a high‑impact digital transformation and build a modern, scalable technology ecosystem. In this strategic role you will define and execute the technology vision, driving automation, real‑time insights, and scalable growth. You will act as the central authority on data and architecture while building internal capability and delivering meaningful business outcomes.

• A comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy
• A cloud‑first architecture replacing legacy/manual processes

• Integrated systems across core business functions (finance, operations, payroll, etc.)

• 8+ years' experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven success in leading digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Solid background in data architecture, engineering, and integrations (SQL, APIs, ETL)
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
• Experience integrating complex systems into unified environments
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience building and leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in multi‑site or high‑volume operational environments
• Exposure to retail, franchise, or distributed business models
• Experience working with automation and advanced analytics initiatives
