Sap Technical Support Analyst

What You'll Do

• Support all technical aspects related to the SAP environment, including helpdesk requests, maintenance, implementation, and optimisation.
• Monitor and investigate technical errors within SAP and its interfaces, resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to functional teams and business users.
• Participate in testing new system enhancements and interfaces across the SAP landscape.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and test plans for SAP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Work alongside SAP functional analysts, developers, and external technical teams to improve business processes.
• Analyse existing interfaces to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Engage in system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Ensure SAP system solutions are well-integrated with other IT systems.
• Contribute to SAP system audits and compliance reviews.
• Support project delivery through collaboration and technical expertise.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant SAP technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, SQL, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and system testing.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C and R is advantageous.

• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of system interfaces and optimisation strategies.
