Momentum seeks a Lead Scrum Master in Cape Town to guide agile teams toward timely releases, maintain backlog, and ensure clear communication within set guidelines. You will bridge the Product Owner and development team, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track velocity and progress, and foster collaboration across environments.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in Scrum Master/Product Owner/PM roles, knowledge of Jira/Azure Dev Ops/Confluence, and a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
