Are you passionate about AI and helping clients succeed? We're looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own the client journey from implementation through expansion, ensuring customers maximize the value of our AI platform. You'll work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of delivering exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end technical client onboarding and success journey
Lead implementations and ensure seamless AI platform integration
Act as the technical liaison between clients and our engineering team
Identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of new platform features
Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting support
Build and refine scalable technical processes

Non-Negotiables

Strong technical foundation with hands-on AI/ML or conversational AI experience
High level of initiative—you proactively solve problems and take ownership
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Strong Signals

3+ years' experience in a technical customer success role
Direct experience with AI or SaaS platforms
Experience with voice systems, chatbots, or conversational AI
