• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement IT solutions
• Monitor and maintain network security and data backups
• Provide technical support to employees and clients

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
