THE SKILLS MINE is seeking an IT User Support Professional in Cape Town to provide first-line technical support for hardware, software and cloud-based systems. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve user queries within SLA, and assist with onboarding by configuring equipment for new staff.
The role requires a diploma/NQF6 in IT, up to 3 years’ experience, and several certifications including MCSE Cloud Platform, ITIL, and ISO
27001. Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 is essential.
