CDH in Cape Town seeks an IT Technician to provide all levels of IT user support and maintain our IT environment through the internal Helpdesk.
You will install and maintain hardware and software, support Office 365 and SharePoint Online, manage AD and file servers, and handle basic networking and mobile device support, with after-hours availability as required.
Professionals must communicate clearly, be client-focused, and work with IT staff to resolve issues promptly.
