PBT Group in Cape Town is seeking a Data QA Lead to oversee testing of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes and BI reporting, blending hands-on data/SQL testing with test leadership and UAT coordination across business and technical teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT; 5–8 years in data/QA testing, 2+ in lead roles; advanced SQL, ETL/ELT testing and data warehousing concepts (Kimball/Data Vault). Nice-to-haves:
Azure/AWS, Snowflake, Power BI or Qlik.
