Logicalis in Cape Town seeks an experienced Platform and Compute Support Engineer to ensure uptime of enterprise cloud and managed services. You will handle incidents, changes, and requests while aligning with ITIL practices and 24/7 on-call rotations.
The role requires hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Azure IAAS, O365 administration and server OS troubleshooting, plus relevant certifications. This is an on-site position in Cape Town with potential offshore coordination.
