• Own and resolve complex, high-impact platform incidents requiring deep log analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide client stakeholders on optimal SharePoint Online configurations, permissions, and Power Automate integrations.
• Lead smoke testing during software go-lives and deployments to safeguard client stability.
• Act as a trusted advisor during critical incidents, communicating technical solutions clearly to client management.

• 5 - 7 years in technical consulting, SaaS application engineering, or L3 escalation support.
• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience specifically configuring and troubleshooting SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 architecture, and Power Automate workflows within a SaaS, IT consulting, or cloud environment.
• Proven ability to run root‑cause analysis, file detailed bug reports, and interface with engineering teams.
