Senior Netsuite Support Analyst

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a global organisation, for an experienced Senior Net Suite Support Analyst to join their Finance Systems team.

This newly created, mid-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with collaboration, training, and continuous system improvement.

• Build and maintain Net Suite saved searches and reporting
• Train finance teams on Net Suite processes and best practices
• Identify and implement system improvements
• Develop and enhance training materials and videos
• Support and mentor internal teams to strengthen Net Suite knowledge

• Several years' experience in Finance Systems support
• Strong hands-on Net Suite experience
• Confident creating saved searches and reports
• Ability to take ownership and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
