Business Analyst | Insurance & Data | Cape Town

PBT Group is looking for a strong Business Analyst with Insurance experience to join our consulting team in Cape Town.

We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements, data and technology
, with a solid understanding of the Insurance industry and experience working on data-driven projects.

What we’re looking for:

Strong Business Analysis experience within the Insurance sector

Good understanding of Data, Data Warehousing and Data-driven solutions

Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation

Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements

Experience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Experience working in Agile environments
