Are you passionate about helping people embrace new technology? Can you simplify complex ideas, coach with confidence, and inspire others to work smarter with Microsoft Copilot?

At Solid Systems, we're looking for an AI Coach to help organisations move beyond AI curiosity to real AI adoption. You'll work with business leaders, teams, and end users to transform the way they work by delivering practical, engaging learning experiences that connect Microsoft Copilot to real business challenges.

This isn't a traditional training role. We're looking for someone who can facilitate conversations, adapt to different audiences, bring workplace scenarios to life, and help people build the confidence to make AI part of their everyday work.

What you'll do

• Create a n d d eliver engaging Microsoft Copilot training, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Translate AI into practical, role-based use cases across different business functions .
• Help users build confidence in prompting, collaboration, and everyday productivity.
• Coach teams beyond the classroom to encourage lasting behaviour change and adoption.
• Partner with our AI Enablement team and other departments to improve the AI Academy learning experience continuously.
• Gather insights from clients and users to help evolve our learning journeys and AI offerings.
• Collaborate with the AI Engineer and technical team to ensure training remains practical, relevant, and aligned with real client needs.

What you need:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT/IS or related field
• Microsoft Trainer
• Proven experience in training, coaching, facilitation, change adoption, learning and development, or a related role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and practical workplace productivity scenarios.
• Microsoft Learn Copilot courses and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• AI Business Professional (AB-730).
• Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals (AB-900).
• Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement ability.
• Confidence working with business leaders, directors, senior stakeholders, training delegates, and end users
