Systems Administrator (M365) | Cape Town Exchange, Teams, Purview, migrations - you speak fluent M365 and you're proud of it Our client is looking for a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator who can keep a complex, high-stakes environment running like clockwork. One day you're untangling mail flow and transport rules, the next you're running a tenant-to-tenant migration without anyone downstream even noticing.

What you'll bring:

3+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments
Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, and Microsoft Purview
Hands-on experience with Bit Titan Migration Wiz for tenant-to-tenant migrations
Comfort managing domain migrations, DNS updates, and registrar transfers
Solid Power Shell scripting skills for automation and reporting
Experience with email journaling, DLP, retention policies, and eDiscovery
Bonus: MS-203, MS-700, SC-400 or related Microsoft certifications; hybrid Exchange and Entra / conditional access experience
