One&Only Cape Town is seeking an IT System Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations across hotel systems, devices and business applications. You will respond to incidents, deploy hardware and software, manage Active Directory and user access, and help ensure reliable guest services through secure technology.
The role requires at least 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hospitality, and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and OPERA Cloud PMS or Simphony POS.
