Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator in Cape Town to own our ITSM platform end-to-end. You will configure, automate, integrate, and report on ITSM workflows, partnering with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Change Management to ensure effective service delivery.
You’ll leverage ITIL v4 practices, build automation, and drive data-driven decisions, with exposure to modern tools like Service Now and HaloITSM.
