ITSM Administrator | Cape Town
Process nerds and platform tinkerers, this one's calling your name! Our client is in need an ITSM Administrator who genuinely enjoys the puzzle of turning messy operational requirements into clean, scalable workflows. You'll own the ITSM platform end-to-end - configuring, automating, integrating, and reporting on it - while partnering with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Change Management to make service delivery actually work the way it's supposed to.
Key Requirements:- 3+ years hands-on ITSM administration (Service Now, HaloITSM, or similar)
- Strong ITIL v4 knowledge across Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Asset Management
- Experience building workflow automation, approvals, and business rules
- Proven integration experience using REST APIs, OAuth2, and/or webhooks
- Strong reporting and analytics skills - you turn data into decisions
- Understanding of RBAC, security controls, and data governance
- ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Service Now CSA/CAD
- Scripting skills
- CMDB experience
- M365/Azure AD integration exposure
