Configuration Lead

We are looking for an experienced Application Configuration Manager to lead the delivery, standards and quality of configuration for our enterprise SaaS Applicant Tracking System.

This is a hands-on role that combines complex application configuration with functional leadership. You will deliver configuration, establish standards and best practices, review the quality of configuration work, advise on complex requirements and support the continued development of the configuration team. You will also need good business analysis capability to interpret customer requirements, identify the most appropriate configuration solution and translate requirements into clear implementation assets.
