• Develop and implement the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation or large-scale change programs.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding R50 million and cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification required.
