Project Manager – GoHighLevel & CRM Implementations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team specializing in Go High Level  buildouts, CRM implementations, workflow automations, and business process optimization.

This is a client-facing role where you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. You will manage multiple CRM implementation projects simultaneously, coordinate developers, gather client requirements, and oversee successful project delivery from kickoff to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end CRM and Go High Level  implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls, and project planning sessions.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate and manage the development team to ensure timely project completion.
• Track project progress and maintain timelines using Asana.
• Facilitate regular client updates and status meetings.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and scope changes.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Go High Level  experience.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, automations, pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integrations and webhooks.
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience with other CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Background working with remote development teams.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Must be available during EST business hours.
• Fully remote.
