Our client is seeking an experienced Application Configuration Lead to take ownership of complex application configuration, solution design and quality assurance. This role will suit a systems-focused professional who can translate business requirements into robust configurations while guiding and developing a configuration team. Please note that this role has a Hybrid working model.
Skills Required- At least 5 years' experience in enterprise application configuration, SaaS implementation or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring complex business applications, including workflows, fields, templates, roles and permissions.
- Business analysis experience with the ability to translate requirements into effective system solutions.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, data feeds or interconnected enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience establishing configuration standards and reviewing the quality of others' work.
- Strong testing, troubleshooting and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to coach and influence colleagues without formal management authority.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.
