UX​/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and user-centric UX/UI Designer to join their product development team in Cape Town . This role is critical in creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wire framing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping. • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a best-in-class user experience.

• Demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
