AI Operations Engineer

• Lead operational management of AI-powered workflows, applications and agents across the organisation
• Coordinate deployment of AI applications, agents and integrations across development, test and production environments
• Ensure AWS, Azure and related cloud environments are secure, observable and operationally ready
• Manage environment configuration, secrets, credentials and dependency mapping
• Improve operational repeatability through infrastructure-as-code, automated configuration, deployment controls and rollback mechanisms
• Oversee credentials, permissions and access controls using Microsoft Entra and Salesforce
• Manage the lifecycle of AI agents and automations, including configuration, updates, version control and decommissioning
• Maintain and govern integrations between AI tools and enterprise platforms
• Own support processes, manage incidents and troubleshoot operational issues
• Diagnose issues across cloud infrastructure, identity platforms, SaaS applications, APIs, workflow tooling and agent orchestration layers
• Track usage, access patterns, workflow execution and operational health
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, access control and responsible AI policies
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, runbooks, recovery procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with Technology, Security, Product and Business teams
• Manage AI platform vendors including Microsoft, Salesforce, Anthropic and Mindflow
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, usability, security and efficiency of AI operations

• Experience with ope rationalising AI-powered workflows, applications and agents
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Salesforce, Mindflow and Claude
• Experience coordinating AI application, agent and integration deployments across environments
• Experience with AWS, Azure and related cloud environments
• Knowledge of environment-specific configuration, secrets, credentials and dependency mapping
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, automated configuration, deployment controls and rollback mechanisms
• Knowledge of identity and access management, permissions and access controls
• Experience managing AI agents and automation life cycles, including configuration, updates, version control and decommissioning
• Experience governing integrations between AI tools and enterprise platforms, APIs and internal systems
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and cross-layer issue resolution
• Knowledge of monitoring, usage oversight and operational health tracking
• Knowledge of security, data protection, access control and responsible AI governance
• Experience developing operational playbooks, runbooks, recovery procedures and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with Technology, Security, Product and Business teams
• Ability to manage relationships with AI platform providers and coordinate escalations

Demonstrates expertise in managing AI-powered workflows and applications, ensuring operational readiness across cloud environments like AWS and Azure. Proficient in incident management, security compliance, and developing operational documentation.
