The Technical Product Manager, Analytics & Reporting is responsible for delivering and evolving the organisation's analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Director, Platform, this role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Commercial, and Compliance teams to ensure stakeholders have access to trusted, actionable insights that support decision‑making, operational efficiency, client servicing, and business growth.
The successful candidate will own analytics and reporting products and capabilities, prioritising enhancements, improving data accessibility, and helping teams leverage data more effectively across the organisation.
This role is ideal for a product manager who enjoys working with data, solving business problems through insights, and collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing Product Ownership & Delivery- Own and manage the backlog for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Deliver roadmap initiatives aligned to the Platform strategy and wider business objectives.
- Design user research testing (product usability), working with research and product to translate insights into product features and functionality.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise requirements from stakeholders across the business.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
- Support product releases, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
- Manage a portfolio of analytics and reporting products used across the organisation.
- Improve the availability, quality, and usability of reporting and insight capabilities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and prioritise opportunities.
- Support the development of dashboards, operational reporting, management information, and self‑service analytics capabilities.
- Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with user needs.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver trusted and actionable insights.
- Help define and maintain key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Support efforts to improve data accessibility and data literacy across the organisation.
- Ensure stakeholders can make informed decisions using reliable and meaningful data.
- Promote a data‑driven culture throughout the business.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, Customer Services, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
