Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Extract and analyze data to provide actionable insights for customer targeting and segmentation.
• Identify new data sources and refine collection methods to drive strategic innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven marketing strategies.
• Mentor and guide data analysts transitioning into data science roles.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL (Big Query), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and big data technologies (GCP, Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently or within a team.
