About The Role
At Anything is Possible (AIP), we do not treat search as a stand-alone channel. Search is a behaviour and it happens on Google, on Tik Tok, in ChatGPT, in reviews and on Reddit. So we are looking for someone to support on driving search across the channels their clients need.
AboutThe Role
At Anything is Possible (AIP), we do not treat search as a stand-alone channel. Search is a behaviour and it happens on Google, on Tik Tok, in ChatGPT, in reviews and on Reddit. So we are looking for someone to support on driving search across the channels their clients need. We build one joined-up visibility system across search, content, social and digital PR, rather than siloed SEO reports This role sits inside that model.
Attitude matters as much as skill here: we want someone genuinely curious about how search keeps changing, and comfortable working autonomously rather than waiting to be told what to do next. Approximately 60% of your time will go on hands-on SEO delivery: technical fixes, on-page work and reporting across a spread of accounts. The other 40% is client-facing – owning the relationship on your own accounts and supporting senior team members on larger ones.
- Deliver day-to-day SEO work across a portfolio of accounts, including recommending technical fixes, on-page optimisation and analysis.
- Own the client relationship on your accounts, including regular reporting and status calls.
- Support senior SEO leads on larger accounts when they need extra client-facing capacity.
- Advise on how content changes affect search and AI visibility, not just technical performance.
- Work alongside our content, social and digital PR teams so your search work plugs into one visibility system, not a siloed report.
- Take full ownership of technical audits and content optimisation projects end-to-end, freeing up senior team members to focus on strategy and growth.
- Flag opportunities to grow existing accounts and feed them back to the wider team.
- You are curious about how search keeps changing across Google, AI platforms and social, and you follow it because you want to, not because you are told to.
- You are autonomous: you can take a brief and run with it, and you only upscale when it genuinely needs a second pair of hands.
- You have at least three years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or similarly fast-moving environment handling more than one account at a time.
- You are technically proficient in SEO: you can run an audit, diagnose an issue and fix it without much oversight.
- You understand how content decisions affect search performance, not just rankings.
- You are comfortable talking to clients directly and can hold your own on an account.
- You can split your time between hands-on delivery and client management, and you are happy doing both.
- You know your way around Screaming Frog, SISTRIX, Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is a bonus, not a requirement.
