• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or client service role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
