IT Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT) with a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leading projects to success. This role is ideal for someone who has transitioned from hands-on development into project management and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Project Planning & Execution

  Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets. Lead teams to deliver on time and within budget.

  Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and communicate risks/issues clearly.

  :
  Allocate and coordinate resources effectively, resolving conflicts when needed.
• Risk Management
  :
  Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt plans proactively.

  Ensure deliverables meet high standards and customer expectations.
• Budget Management
  :
  Track expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Team Leadership

  Drive process optimization and capture lessons learned for future projects.

• IT Degree or Diploma
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• 5--8 years in IT, with at least 5 years in software development
• Strong knowledge of the system development lifecycle
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance (advantageous)
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, with Scrum experience preferred
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

• Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
