QA Tester

We are looking for a talented QA Tester to join our LEAP team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow their career in software testing and quality assurance.

The Test AnalystII will support the testing team in planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure that software applications meet business and technical requirements. The role involves working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Senior Testers to identify defects and verify fixes, ensuring the delivery of quality software.

• Assist in analysing business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases under supervision.
• Log defects accurately, with detailed information, and track them to closure.
• Collaborate with the development and business teams to clarify requirements and expectations.
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting activities.
• Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Exposure to LEAP or other retail pharmacy applications
• Familiarity with test case creation and defect management tools (advantageous but not essential).
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare , Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• QPB (advantageous)
• 1 to 5 years of experience in software testing or retail pharmacy or related industries
