We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Learner:
Business Analyst & Data Manager within the IT Department. This is an office-based role based in George or Cape Town, with a strong focus on computer-based work.

If you have a passion for technology, data, business processes, and problem-solving, this role offers practical exposure to database administration, business intelligence, workflow automation, analytics, and data governance. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with database administration and routinesystem maintenance.
• Perform data cleansing, validation,de-duplication, and quality audits.
• Maintain accurate data across CRM systems, Zohoapplications, and operational databases
• Gather operational data and assist with mappingbusiness processes and workflows.
• Update and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools.
• Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, risks,and improvement opportunities.
• Support data governance, user permissions, andsystem compliance.
• Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports for management. Learn SQL, workflow automation, and low-codetechnologies under the guidance of the CTIO.
• Liaise with internal departments while maintaining confidentiality and POPIA compliance.

Minimum Qualifications /

Certifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Pre-tertiary level)
• School-level Computer Science / Information Technology (Highly Advantageous).
• High school Mathematics, Accounting, or Business Studies (Advantageous)

Minimum Experience:

• Entry-level learner position (no prior work experience required).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced digital environment.

Knowledge&

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Interest in technology, business systems, dataanalytics, and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn SQL, business intelligence,workflow automation, and low-code platforms such as Zoho.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
