To analyse, process and report on financial and operational data in order to provide valuable insights to the business and support informed decision-making.

• Perform detailed analysis of data and present information in a clear, accurate and consistent manner to measure operational performance against set objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Produce and schedule high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports to address business requirements and support key initiatives.
• Contribute to improving data quality and assist with the documentation, storage and sharing of operational knowledge and best practices to improve business efficiency.
• Provide analytical support by assessing actual results against budgets and evaluating the feasibility of proposed business strategies.
• Create compliance reports that identify discrepancies against business policies, procedures and controls.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design and implement data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate interviews and workshops, where required, to evaluate business processes, workflows and solution requirements.
• Engage with key stakeholders to resolve issues relating to data analysis, audit and controls, data access and reporting.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies within data and provide meaningful insights to support business and operational decision-making.

• Grade 12
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Statistics or a related field
• 3+years' relevant data analytics experience, with specific exposure to business process reporting
• At least 2 years' experience in report development and data-driven solutions
• Exposure to SAP Business Objects or other Business Intelligence and reporting tools
• Experience analysing and interpreting financial and operational data
• Desirable:
  At least 1 year of experience in business process mapping
